Farzin Foruhari, M.D.

Dr. Farzin Foruhari graduated in 1998 from the University of Florida as a Doctor of Medicine; he completed his Residency at the University of Cincinnati/ University Hospital; also, he served as Chairman of the Department of Medicine at St. Luke Hospital in Northern Kentucky.  He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Certified by the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine.

In addition to his clinical experience as a board-certified internist since 2002, Dr. Foruhari is affiliated with Medical Laser & Cosmetic Institute in Cincinnati, OH and a founder of Tri-state Vein Center in 2006.  He has been a member of the American College of Phlebology since 2006.
